About Mike Decker
Michael Decker is an attorney practicing in Omaha, Nebraska. I thrive helping people solve life’s problems – Ethically, efficiently, professionally, and economically.
I have practiced law in Omaha, Nebraska since 1990, when I joined by father’s law practice. Together we worked tirelessly to help our clients achieve their goals. Since his death, I have continued the tradition we practiced together.
Prior to joining my father’s practice, I was a member of the Judge Advocate General’s Corps in the United States Navy from 1986-1990. I was stationed in San Diego and appeared as a prosecutor in numerous Courts-Martial. I also represented Naval and Personnel and Marines in Medical Board proceedings.
I am admitted to the Nebraska State Bar. the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
I am married to my wife, Cheryl, a special education teacher. We have been married for over thirty years. Our daughter, Katherine, is a dentist, currently serving in the United States Navy. Our son, Greg, is a civil engineer.
In my spare-time, I am a passionate reader, movie-goer, and golfer.
